Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you buy from us.  We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on most of our products, if returned in good condition.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition.  While we honor returns on any items that show defects in materials or workmanship, we cannot accept returns for damaged items that have been used, since we have no way to determine the cause of the damage.

We regret that custom and made-to-order items (these include, but are not limited to, our Jeweled Collars and any personalized items) are not returnable under any circumstances, other than defects.

For all other items, if you are dissatisfied with a purchase, fill out the Return Request Form below to initiate an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  We will email you confirmation with return instructions.

Please note that unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping charges are not refundable.  You are responsible for any return shipping charges, including return shipping on items that were eligible for free shipping to you.

Important:  Do not return items until you receive an email from us with instructions.  Items returned without authorization or sent to the wrong address will NOT be refunded. While we happily accept most items for return within 30 days, these steps are required to ensure that you are properly credited.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your refund after you ship the item(s) back, though you will likely receive it sooner than this. You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item plus any sales tax paid, minus shipping charges.

To prevent delays, we offer only refunds for returns, not exchanges.  If you would like an item in a different size or color, or would just prefer a different item, please place a new order for it.  This way, we can ship it out to you right away rather than wait until we've received the returned item from you.
