Shipping Information

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.  Custom, personalized, and special orders may take longer.  Please refer to the individual product pages of those items for more information.   

As we operate out of warehouses in several locations in the U.S., your order may arrive in separate packages.

With apologies to our friends outside of the United States, as well as to those in Alaska and Hawaii, we ship only to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States at this time.  Shipping charges, as well as any free shipping offers, apply only to this area.

Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, shipping charges are based on the actual weight of your total order. Our preferred carriers are USPS and UPS.  (In some cases we will ship via another carrier if it is the best option available.)  Wherever applicable, tracking information will be provided by email when your order ships.  We regret that we do not offer expedited shipping at this time, so please allow enough time if you need an item by a certain date. Most orders will arrive within 3-10 days of shipping.


Regarding Back Orders:

Much to our dismay, shortages may occasionally occur and a product you have ordered may be out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.  We will notify you if any products you have ordered are unavailable for immediate shipment.  In such circumstances, you will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, or deleting it from your order for a refund.
